The Brief

Our client who we had worked with on several occasions decided to purchase a three-bedroom detached property in Gee Cross, Hyde. The brief was incredibly open as the client wanted to offer us a blank canvas to work with and only proposed what accommodation was needed for his family. We proposed a couple of design precedent images to narrow down the architectural style and then set off on redesigning the house.

We came up with the symmetrical frontage with a large, glazed entrance and stone bays with a double garage and presented the design which was 90-95% of the house that has almost now been built as there were very few changes to the initial concept which was very nice to see that the client had full trust in our vision.

The property houses an open plan family room, living room, drawing room, cloak/WC, 6 bedrooms with ensuite, walk-in wardrobes and home gymnasium above the double garage. This project is set to complete in Autumn 2021.
