The client who is an experienced property developer approached us to get involved with the project as the site which housed a detached bungalow was on huge incline approx. 9m drop from the front to the back of the site. As we have expert knowledge of use of 3D BIM technologies, we were able to model the existing site up and propose 7 dwellings.
The dwellings are set withing a gated community and are aimed at the luxury end of the market offering open plan family rooms, large bedrooms, multiple lounges, and additional amenity spaces including home cinema and gymnasium rooms.
This project is currently onsite, and we are working with the client and contractor to produce a full co-ordinated construction information. The houses will soon be up for sale off plan as soon as all the plots are out of the ground.
