The Brief

We were approached by our client who owns a successful company which has an office building in the heart of the Northern Quarter Manchester, which they wanted to develop.

The client had a hotelier on board and instructed us to carry out the feasibility studies to produce a design ready for submission to the Manchester Council planning department. The building is to be 100+ rooms with mixed-use commercial units on the ground floor. We wanted to produce a high level of design that complements its setting, so we went with large industrial-style windows and an exposed frame with brickwork detailing.

This Project is currently at the Planning stage, but we are hoping to be successful and move onto the detailed tender package very soon.
